Home Dog Supplies Reviews Review: Nooie Cam 360 WiFi Pet Camera

Review: Nooie Cam 360 WiFi Pet Camera

Dog cameras offer many benefits to pet owners, especially busy owners that work outside the home. It may seem like an unnecessary expense, but these cameras can offer peace of mind when you're not able to spend time with your pup during the day. The Nooie Cam 360 has a few features that you won't find on other pet camera models.

Pet cameras aren't a necessity, but if you can fit one into your budget it will allow you to see your dog, play with him and maybe even give him a treat when you're not at home. They are a relatively new product, but there are already a lot of different camera models on the market. You'll need to evaluate the different options and decide which features meet your needs.

I got my first pet camera years ago. I didn't actually buy it for my dogs, I bought it for myself. I was always worried about what they were up to during the day, and I felt guilty leaving them alone all of the time.

Having a way to check in on them during the day made me feel so much better. Plus, it seemed to make my dogs feel better. I was excited to upgrade our current pet camera to the Nooie Cam 360. It has some unique features, and I was really excited to try it out!

Nooie Cam 360 WiFi Pet Camera Review

Nooie Cam 360 ReviewThe first thing you'll notice about this camera is that it rotates almost all the way around to show you a 355˚ view. It also rotates 94˚ vertically. That's a feature that I have never seen on a pet camera before, and I have reviewed A LOT of pet cameras in the past.

The Nooie Cam 360 has a 101˚ field of view!

It also has a 1080P HD camera lens and night vision up to 32 feet away in pitch black. This dog camera is also equipped with 2-way audio, which means that you can hear what is going on in your home and send recorded audio messages to your dog.

In my video review, you can see how easy the Nooie app is to use. There are arrows on the left, right, top, and bottom of the screen. Pressing the arrows on the screen moves the camera around.

Nooie Cam 360There are also buttons on the bottom of the screen that allows you to turn on the sound, record an audio message, take a photo or record a short video. I'm definitely not the most tech-savvy person, but I found it very easy to get the Nooie Cam 360 up and running and navigate through the app.

You can also set the camera up to track motion manually. If you do that, it will pan/tilt automatically. You can also turn the status light on the camera on and off in the settings menu. I like this feature because the light keeps me awake at night.

Like most other pet cameras, the Nooie Cam also sends notifications to your phone when motion and sound are detected. You can shut these notifications off as well, or just set the times that you would like to receive the notifications. For example, you can set it up so you receive notifications during your work hours, not at night or while you're at home during the day.

The only feature that this camera doesn't offer that I would really like to see is a treat dispenser. Other treat cameras have a small compartment that holds dog treats. When you press a button in the app, the device spits out a treat for your pooch.

Nooie Pet CameraThere is a slot for a micro SD card, although the Nooie Cam 360 does not come with a card. This allows the camera to support continuous recording or motion-detected recording. You can also purchase cloud storage for the device for $5/month.

All technology comes with a price, and dog cameras are no exception. However, the Nooie Cam is MUCH cheaper than most similar products. You can buy one on Amazon right now for $49.99.

Other pet cameras with similar features sell for well over $100! It's a quality camera with a lot of great features and an easy-to-use app. This dog camera is definitely a great value for the money, in my opinion.
